Cathedral entry is free, and official reservations are free and subject to availability. Your payment covers our assistance service and digital companion content, not cathedral entry.

Do you sell Notre-Dame tickets?

We do not sell tickets. Your payment covers our reservation-assistance service and digital companion content.

What am I paying for?

You pay for reservation assistance, digital companion content, practical visit guidance, audio/history guide content, nearby and interior route content, and email support.

Can you guarantee a reservation?

No. We attempt to secure a free official reservation for your selected visit window, subject to official availability.

What does reservation assistance mean?

You authorize us to use the visit information you submit to attempt to secure a free official reservation for your selected visit window.

What happens if there is no availability?

If we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome in time, you are eligible for a 100% refund according to our Refund Policy.

When do I receive the digital companion?

Digital companion content is delivered immediately after payment.

When do I receive official reservation details?

Official reservation details are delivered when secured.

Can I get a refund?

You can receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your initial selected/reserved visit time, or if we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome in time.

Why do you need the lead visitor name?

Official reservation details may need to match the lead visitor. You are responsible for providing accurate names and checking your email.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Stripe currently handles checkout. Paddle may be used in the future as a merchant/payment processor. We do not store card details.

Which languages are available?

The public website is available in English and Simplified Chinese for now.
